- The patient fills out the enrollment form and faxes or mails it to us, or calls us toll free at 1-877-678-5400 to enroll over the phone. We immediately contact the prescribing physician for the prescription. If it's a Schedule II drug, we can supply prepaid UPS envelopes or UPS-account information to overnight the prescription if you immediately need the medication.
- We fill the prescription for the patient and send the medication to the address of his or her choice using UPS. We customize rapid delivery to satisfy patient needs.
- We contact the workers'-compensation carrier and take care of all claim verifications, authorizations, and processing.
